How many pretty dresses are really enough? I’ve learned that you can never have too many. I’m always in search of a feminine fitting dress in a new color I don’t already have (or one I have too much of) as well as dresses for different occasions. This off-shoulder Bardot dress from Asos is perfect for spring/summer showers, weddings or day-time events. What’s the one piece of clothing you always love to wear?
Last spring I wrote about cleaning out your closet, getting rid of the things you don’t really wear and utilizing what you have. I’ve been sticking to that guide I made since last year and I’m really happy with my wardrobe! I love all of the pieces I have and make it a point to style them differently each time. The thing about fashion is a lot of trends go out of style from year to year and there’s always something new and exciting to try. This is why you should try to get as much wear out of each piece as you can and enjoy it while it lasts. I shopped my own closet for this look, and although I’ve had this beautiful skirt for years now it’s still one of my favorites. For a more edgy/night-time look, I like to wear this skirt with a black top, strappy sandals and a thin gold belt. Will you try my spring cleaning challenge this month? Xo
It’s officially Spring, and that means it’s time to bring out the midi skirts. Personally, I’m about ready to buy one in each color. They’re so versatile, can be dressed up or down and are really flattering on pretty much anyone. Whether you prefer to wear them with flats or heels, they are easy to style. I stacked dainty jewels and carried my new favorite pink bag, because I love a day-time look. I chose to wear these nude wedges to keep the look casual and breezy. Are you in love with midi skirts too?
